✨ Launched

The new identity management module can be used to map so-called joiner, mover, leaver processes (life situations) within an organization. Identities are created, modified or deleted within the framework of standardized workflows.

The workflows are available to the new Access Manager role "Personnel Manager" as well as to the administration.

  • Joining the company: When creating a new identity, personal data and details of the company assignment can be stored and after approval by a responsible person in the department (manager), the AD account and the Exchange account are created automatically.
  • Changes during company affiliation: If any employee changes to the department or changes the name this can be adjusted by the HR department. After approval, the change is adjusted both in the IDM module and in AD. An identity can also be temporarily deactivated. In this case, the accounts are temporarily deactivated and an automatic out-of-office message is set up. If a request for reactivation is then made, the AD account and, if applicable, the mailbox will be reactivated after approval.
  • Leaving the company: If any employee leaves the company, the removal of an identity can be requested, giving a reason. After approval, the user account and mailbox are automatically deactivated.
