💡 Considering

When employees start in a new department, permissions are assigned via Access Manager. This includes all file server and SharePoint permissions as well as memberships in AD groups, teams or distribution lists. If the department additionally works with functional mailboxes, this access is often forgotten during the first rights assignment. This leads to inconsistencies and hidden costs, as employees cannot work smoothly from the beginning. Therefore, owners should be able to maintain access permissions to functional mailboxes.
